All sales are final. Due to the perishable and personal nature of our handcrafted herbal bath and foot soak products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed or shipped.
Why We Have This Policy Our products are made with natural herbal ingredients that are sensitive to handling, temperature, and environmental conditions. For the health, safety, and well-being of all our customers, we are unable to resell or restock any returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at labathybags@zohomail.com with the following:
- Memos "Claim Issue"
- A photo of the item(s)
- Your order number
We will review your claim and do our best to make it right.
