How to Use & Tips
💧 Hydration Tip
Drink plenty of water before, during, and after an herbal detox bath soak to support your body's natural detox process.
🛁 How to Use — Your Herbal Bath Routine
- Start fresh. Take a quick shower to cleanse your body first.
- Draw your bath. Fill the tub with hot water and add your herbal bath soak bag directly to the water.
- Slow down. While the bath cools to a comfortable temperature, put on a robe and brew yourself a cup of herbal tea.
- Set the mood. Once the bath is ready, light a tea light candle, grab a book, and settle in — you'll want to soak for at least 20 minutes to get the full benefits.
🌿 Alternative Method — Stovetop Steep
Prefer a stronger infusion? Instead of placing the bag directly in the tub, steep your bath bag on the stove for 15 minutes on low, then pour the herbal infusion directly into your bath for a richer, more concentrated soak.
🧂 Mineral Boost Tip
Pour one cup of Epsom salt onto a piece of parchment paper and stand on it for 5–10 minutes before your bath. Then simply toss it into your bath bag for an additional mineral boost.
Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate — and your feet absorb it well. A few minutes of direct contact gives your body a head start before you even get in the tub.
- Supports magnesium absorption
- Helps lower cortisol levels
- Muscle tension release
- Helps reduce inflammation
- Supports mental clarity
- Helps you feel calmer and more rested
- Supports better sleep
🫚 Fresh Ginger Tip — Adults Only
Add a small amount of freshly grated ginger to your bath bag before steeping to help support the sweating and detox process.
For adults only. Not recommended for use with the kids soak or during pregnancy.
